| A good team work results in projects being completed on time. People are very different from each other. Their temperaments and working ways differ but they need to co-ordinate with each other to complete their given projects .Team work becomes very essential to be able to finish the project on time.
Here at PDV we have specially designed activities primarily focused to help foster team building. We have trained facilitators for all the activities. Some of the activities being find the way out, Arrange me, traffic jam, obstacle course, and blind squares to name a few. For more details

We have given a few sample activities:

| Team members are divided into groups with two in each. One person is blind folded and the other team member has to guide from the starting point of the puzzle and find the way to reach the end point. The purpose of this activity is to find how well we guide each other in any organization. |

| Max participants 10 .All participants stand in the blocks with one left empty. They have to find where they belong to as they receive numbers and they can move only in a particular direction.
Purpose: Finding the True Leader and how well can he communicate the plan.
