| Prayag is a private Montessori House of Children serving children between the age group of 2 to 6 years. The management of Prayag feels that children need the benefits of having individual attention, as the first formative years are very crucial and also difficult from the perspective of the child. With all the double income and nuclear families growing, every child misses the safety and attention of having its mother or grandparents to lean on during those years- That is where Prayag intends to step in .The Management and staffs of Prayag believe that every child deserves a safe, warm and caring environment to grow and develop.
Prayag offers children a "Home away from Home" where in they are able to relax, settle down and at the same time learn while they work. The environment at Prayag has been designed to allow children to move around freely and it also provides a spacious work and play area. Cleanliness and Hygiene play a very important role in Prayag's Environment.
With regard to the adults/teachers at Prayag Montessori, all the adults are trained adults certified from the leading Montessori training centre's like IMTC & Gupta's and we maintain a 1:12 ratio i.e. for every adult she has only 12 children to observe and present with the help of a support staff.
With regard to the adults/teachers at Prayag Activity centre, three of them are nursery trained and one is Montessori trained .The nursery trained adults are given charge of those children who have enrolled with us for a year and those who fall into the below 2 yrs 10mhs but are enrolled for Montessori are taken care by the Montessori adult.
